Have always used my Gm card but was told this time that I would have to pay a 3% service check if I used it. Throwing my GM card away.

I was happy that you tried your best to get the dead critter smell out of my car. I am confused as heck as to why on Friday my right vent and up around my cabin filter was jammed with rodent evidence and then on Tuesday it was all miraculously gone. I am very thankful that I wasn’t charged anything for the investigation, although my car still smells of dead thing.

I love taking my truck to Bill Roberts for service, always been fast and fair. My only gripe is I had my truck in last week because they had to install another DEF tank and left it empty even though when I brought it in, it was full.

I was very pleased with the way Coleman listened to what I wanted and helped me understand the whole process. I’ve worked in GM dealers before and I have never seen anyone take the time to listen and understand what I wanted. He spent a good amount of time explaining how the systems on my new truck work and invited me to contact him anytime I have a question.

Check engine light checked and fully evaluatrd

I dropped off my truck and ran errands all day, picked it up at the end of the day, normally I sit and wait on it. It's always a professional experience and always fast and courteous. The only place to get my vehicles serviced. Other then the fact they no longer do the oil change on my wife's telluride, I have no complaints!

Great staff --always professional and caring! It was just a regular LOF service experience, but even those are always fantastic. The team was so on focus that they let me know my tags had long expired! I don't care what brand Bill Roberts sells -- it is MY dealership!

Prompt and thorough as always

I had an appointment for 9am to get my oil changed and have them recheck the airbag recall they previously fixed. It took 3 whole hours for them to do this.
