I was happy that you tried your best to get the dead critter smell out of my car. I am confused as heck as to why on Friday my right vent and up around my cabin filter was jammed with rodent evidence and then on Tuesday it was all miraculously gone. I am very thankful that I wasn’t charged anything for the investigation, although my car still smells of dead thing.

Although they indicated that they had put air in my tires they had not and I in fact had to do so when I got home. Otherwise everyone was very pleasant and courteous

I love taking my truck to Bill Roberts for service, always been fast and fair. My only gripe is I had my truck in last week because they had to install another DEF tank and left it empty even though when I brought it in, it was full.

I was very pleased with the way Coleman listened to what I wanted and helped me understand the whole process. I’ve worked in GM dealers before and I have never seen anyone take the time to listen and understand what I wanted. He spent a good amount of time explaining how the systems on my new truck work and invited me to contact him anytime I have a question.

I have traded with the dealership for years and very satisfied. Also, the employees are very friendly and helpful. It would be hard to find a better dealership.

I have always gotten excellent service at Bill Robert's Chevrolet! I'm very thankful for a great local dealership.

I was told that the job would take about 45 minutes and I was there for an hour and a half. I was not kept updated on what was going on. This frustrates me. I worked in the car dealership environment for about forty years and I expected better communication.

Got me right in. Diagnosed my check engine light and fixed it.

I dropped off my truck and ran errands all day, picked it up at the end of the day, normally I sit and wait on it. It's always a professional experience and always fast and courteous. The only place to get my vehicles serviced. Other then the fact they no longer do the oil change on my wife's telluride, I have no complaints!
