They listen to my car problems. I trust them! Im always pleased with their work. I have one complaint! My car is dirty when its returned to me. The guys always drag their dirty shoes when they get in or out.

The oil change took an hour and a half. I had an appointment at 2 (arrived 10 minutes early) and I didn’t get keys or a paper until 3:30. I saw my car sitting on the street, so I asked if it was done, but I was told the ticket wasn’t closed. I waited 10 more minutes.

We have dealt with Brent Coleman over several years and many vehicle purchases. He has always been professional and never a high-pressure salesman. We are currently enjoying our second favorite Silverado. It is nicely loaded and sporting our favorite color, black. We had initially ordered a gray metallic truck with black out and the Max Trailering package. Apparently the Max Trailering package was unavailable, even though it was on Chevy's "build your truck" website. The gray metallic was getting out of our color comfort zone and trying something different that would have looked very nice with the black out. Other than some dealerships that wouldn't trade their inventory truck that we were interested in, we were finally able to get our current vehicle. We are still waiting for the black out items that were supposed to come with the truck that were dealer installed. Not sure why the delay in the shipment of these items. Always enjoy the Chevy quality and reliability.

As always the staff was very courteous, friendly, professional, and kept me informed of my vehicles progress. They diagnosed the problem, had the part available and installed within in a reasonable time. The new starter they installed did not sound right to the mechanic so they ordered a replacement one , had it delivered that afternoon and installed. They offered to give me back my vehicle to do some errands while waiting for the part but I chose to just wait. Even though I arrived at the dealership at 8:50am and didn’t have it completed until 3:30pm I was happy to have it all completed without needing to bring my vehicle back another day which is about a 60 mile round trip. Also while waiting I was looking at a new Equinox and the salesman came out and I ended up taking a test drive. Thanks to service advisor Russell, mechanic, and salesman Coleman for making my long day a pleasant experience.

Made an appointment to have my Avalanche checked for erratic starter issues. They diagnosed I needed a new starter. They had one in stock so after my approval they installed it. They then informed me the new starter didn’t sound good so they ordered one to be delivered that afternoon which was installed and it was good. I was there longer than I had expected but was thankful to have the issue fixed without having to make another trip to the dealership which is about a 60 mile round trip. As always everyone at the dealership was courteous and professional.

Made the appointment easily, they got me in on time, checked with me before putting in a needed new filter to let me know the cost and got me out in good time.

Have always used my Gm card but was told this time that I would have to pay a 3% service check if I used it. Throwing my GM card away.

Although they indicated that they had put air in my tires they had not and I in fact had to do so when I got home. Otherwise everyone was very pleasant and courteous

I was happy that you tried your best to get the dead critter smell out of my car. I am confused as heck as to why on Friday my right vent and up around my cabin filter was jammed with rodent evidence and then on Tuesday it was all miraculously gone. I am very thankful that I wasn’t charged anything for the investigation, although my car still smells of dead thing.

I’ve worked in GM dealers before and I have never seen anyone take the time to listen and understand what I wanted. He spent a good amount of time explaining how the systems on my new truck work and invited me to contact him anytime I have a question.

The service manager resolved all issues with my 2017 Malibu. However the labor cost on my two December visits seemed high to me.

Nice place

I dropped off my truck and ran errands all day, picked it up at the end of the day, normally I sit and wait on it. It's always a professional experience and always fast and courteous. The only place to get my vehicles serviced. Other then the fact they no longer do the oil change on my wife's telluride, I have no complaints!
