Our service department offers the best in automotive service to our customers, providing quality and efficient vehicle care. The service manager, Russell Alaimo, oversees our seven highly skilled factory-trained technicians, averaging a lengthy 15 years of employment with us. When you pull into our service drive or contact us for an appointment, our service advisors, Jason Hollenbeck and Chad Mitchell, will ably assist you with your car or truck service needs.
Manufacturer recommended parts are an important part of maintaining your vehicle’s optimum performance. We offer the same high quality parts your vehicle was built with, and we keep a large inventory of these certified parts in stock at all times. Should you find yourself with a need for a hard-to-find part, we use a National Parts System to locate those items. Our PPG Certified Collision Repair Center is a direct repair facility for several major insurance companies. The department is headed by Keith Combs, himself a “GM World Class Technician.” Less than 1% of GM technicians achieve this designation and we are proud to say Keith was the first recipient of this prestigious award. Additionally, our staff has received national recognition with “GM Technician of the Year” and “PPG/ASE Refinish Technician of the Year” awards. This means when your vehicle has a mishap, it will be in excellent hands with our collision repair staff!
